As I couldn't find a thread with any Application Format, I'll just dish out my own.
Note : I did not copy these questions from anyone else,their probably questions I answered on other server(s) or are just common.

Why would you like to be a GameMaster?
Now this is rather simple,straight to the point, I'd like to help out as much as I can in the community, GM or not, doesn't really matter. But being one sure gives the extra boost as people normally asks for a GM's help and ignores advice / answers from ordinary players.
What makes you stand out from the rest?
NOTHING. Yep, NOTHING. I believe every GM is equal,some might be rude,some may not be, but it really depends on you. Treat them good and they'll treat you back the same way
If you got flooded with Mega(s) , would you lose your temper or would you answer all the questions ?
Depends , if lets say 3/4 of all those mega(s) are asking the literal same question , I'll probably answer once and lose it if it continues. If their all different , I'll try my best to handle them.
Do you have any previous experience as a GM? If yes, please state.

How would you identify a Hacker?
-Crazy damage,to much for the number of rebirths& equipments he has.
-Items flying all over the place ( Looted )
-Monsters flying all over the map (To the exact same spot)
-Others. (Swimming,Flying, etc.)
Thats pretty much all Keeping it as short as possible I guess.
